The Datasul trajectory merges into the Information Technology history. Founded in 1978, by Miguel Abuhab, aiming at supporting industrial companies to deploy data processing centers, the company established itself as a pioneer in the supply of automation software solutions for business systems in the country.
In 1986, Datasul bet in the consolidation of PCs as business management tools and developed the first integrated software for administrative management and production control running in microcomputers.
In 1989, it launched Magnus, an integrated application software for business management, coded in 4th-generation language and using relational database.
In 1998, it launched EMS (Enterprise Management System), with functional enhancements from Magnus. This ERP software was totally developed to be used in graphical environments.

Still in 1998, aiming at putting into practice its expansion and development plans for new software solutions, it received resources from American investment funds, which remained in the business until 2004.
In 1999, as an integral part of its strategies to maintain its growth, it deployed an innovative franchising model to develop and sell its software solutions, and has turned hundreds company contributors into new entrepreneurs.
The success of the model has been proven by growth and profitability leaps, high satisfaction rates of its 2,300 customers, and the entrepreneurial spirit of its professionals.
Datasul entered the 21st Century in an outstanding position among the top world suppliers of business management solutions, such as Datasul EMS (Enterprise Management System), and integrated BI (Business Intelligence), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and B2B (Business to Business) solutions, outsourcing and corporate education services, among other solutions.
