In order to gain efficiency and quality, Datasul has developed a work model and logic based on three premises: Operational Excellence, Product Leadership and Closeness to the Customer.
Focusing on the constant improvement of such practices in Brazil and abroad, Datasul’s quality management system was certified in 1996 for NBR ISO 9001 standard, by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). The certification’s scope comprises software development, trading, installation and technical assistance processes, additionally to Customers’ training.
Specifically for improving software development and maintenance processes, since 2002, Datasul has also used the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) as a reference.
In addition to the official quality improvement processes, the contributors from Network Datasul are encouraged to develop all their creative potential through the program Oscar da Inovação Datasul (Datasul Oscar for Innovation). It is a program that awards and recognizes those professionals who, individually or in-group, submit improvements for the product, service and process lines.
